Uganda High Commission
UGANDA: A group of South African media specialists travelled across Uganda as part of a tourism communications initiative coordinated in partnership with the Uganda High Commission to promote the country as a destination for South African travellers.

The trip was coordinated by Tyron Dolloway and involved documenting key tourism destinations across the country, including Queen Elizabeth National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, as well as urban centres such as Kampala, Jinja, and Lira. During the trip, the group also attended the Rwenzori Marathon, an event held in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains that promotes tourism and regional collaboration through sport.

Over the course of the assignment, the team documented wildlife, landscapes, and cultural environments across multiple regions, highlighting the diversity of experiences available to international visitors.

The resulting imagery was produced for tourism marketing, digital communications, and social media campaigns promoting Uganda’s tourism sector to South African audiences.
